Tiffany B. Mangum

A proud alumnus of California State University, Fresno’s Craig School of Business, Tiffany Mangum brings a wealth of experience, having spent 19 years in the public sector with a strong background in Human Resources. As of now, Tiffany holds the influential role of Executive Director at the Beyond Housing Foundation, a nonprofit arm of Fresno Housing, dedicated to empowering communities, fostering sustainable development, and economic mobility.

In addition to leading the Beyond Housing Foundation, Tiffany also serves as the Senior Manager of Strategic Initiatives and Partnerships at Fresno Housing. Here, she is the driving force behind impactful projects such as the California Ave. Neighborhood (CAN) Choice Neighborhood Initiative in Southwest Fresno, focusing on revitalizing the area surrounding the historic Edison High School, a region marked by being historically underserved and marginalized.

In her capacity as Senior Manager, the role entails overseeing the formulation and execution of strategic initiatives and partnerships that significantly benefit Fresno Housing and beyond. Moreover, as Executive Director, she is instrumental in orchestrating strategic partnerships, planning, and fund development efforts for the Beyond Housing Foundation.

Beyond professional engagements, Tiffany is also the Chair of the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials’; Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Advisory Committee. Tiffany’s diverse talents extend into the arts as a national, award-winning Gospel recording artist and an active Board Member of the Fresno Arts Council, championing cultural arts in Central Valley, California.

Tiffany also has a notable presence in media as a radio personality and producer for Believe Radio Fresno. Committed to community service and social action, she holds a lifetime membership in Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., demonstrating a steadfast dedication to fostering community development and advocacy.
