Since joining Fresno Housing in May 2021, Dr. Marc’ Bady has played a key role in strengthening community partnerships and advancing initiatives that support the agency’s long-term strategic goals. As Chief Impact and Initiatives Officer, he leads efforts to expand external collaborations, enhance community engagement, and ensure programs are designed to deliver measurable results that benefit residents and the broader community. His work is focused on driving data-informed strategies that improve program performance and long-term outcomes.

As a first-generation college student, Dr. Bady brings over 15 years of experience in the higher education field and is has completed his degree Ph.D. in Business and Human Capital Development. He is the former chief student affairs office and dean of students at Coe College and is committed to the upward mobility of Fresno city and county residents.
