Nicole Diaz joined Fresno Housing in 2018. As the Director of Finance & Accounting, she is responsible for the Agency’s financial stewardship and day-to-day management of the Finance & Accounting Department. With Nicole’s prior experiences in the public and private sector, she has successfully overseen the complex financials and audit process the agency is required to adhere to. Nicole was born in Taiwan and has been a Fresno resident since 2004. She is a Certified Public Accountant and attended Fresno State where she received a Bachelor’s in Accounting.
