Kristine Morgan, a Fresno Pacific University alum, has over 20 years of experience in communications and marketing, focusing on diversity, equity, and social justice. As the Communications Manager at Fresno Housing, she leads strategic efforts in marketing, media relations, branding, and content for the agency’s properties and platforms.

Previously, Kristine managed communications for community organizations serving over 100,000 low-income residents and taught marketing and graphic design. She has earned awards for innovative initiatives, including online enrollment and video chat services for Fresno EOC WIC.

Kristine holds a Bachelor’s in Organizational Leadership and an Associate’s in Psychology. She is active in community leadership and continuously pursues growth through certifications and training. Dedicated to effective communication, Kristine aims to foster understanding and drive positive change.
